FitKart does not collect any personal data. The app has no server and no user account. No data ever leaves the user's device.

With the user's permission, the app only reads the following from Apple Health (HealthKit). It never writes any data to Health.

• Outdoor walking, running, cycling and hiking workouts
• The GPS route of those workouts
• The distance of those workouts

Routes are used solely to build racing tracks. Access can be revoked at any time in Health → Profile → Apps → FitKart.

• Track shape — the road centerline converted to screen coordinates. No latitude or longitude is stored.
• Workout distance and type
• Best times and ghost replays — finish times and the path the player drove in the game
• App settings — whether the intro screen was seen, and whether Health access was requested

All of it lives in the app's private container and is not accessible to other apps.

None. The app performs no network communication and contains no third-party code, including analytics, advertising or crash reporting SDKs.

• Track files are excluded from iCloud backup because they contain workout distance and type. They are regenerated from Health data on a new device.
• Best-time records are included in backup but contain no health data. Workout identifiers are stored only as irreversible hashes; the rest is finish times and in-game coordinates.

Deleting the app removes all of the above from the device. The original workouts in Apple Health are unaffected.

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from users of any age.

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is revised.
